Our Approach
Brooks Law Firm, P. C. was founded in 1990. The firm's
foundation is a commitment to serve our clients promptly
and professionally. This commitment continues to be the
cornerstone of the firm.
All attorneys in the firm are licensed to practice law in
Illinois and Iowa. Our attorneys regularly appear before
Federal and State trial and reviewing courts throughout
western Illinois and eastern Iowa. We are active in the
State of Illinois, State of Iowa, Rock Island County,
Scott County, and American Bar Associations.
Brooks Law Firm, P. C. is engaged in the general practice of
law, representing state and national corporations and
financial institutions, local businesses, and individuals
with respect to their business and litigation needs. The
firm's size allows each attorney to concentrate in their
fields of practice. This allows each attorney to stay
abreast of the latest developments in their areas of
practice and then apply this information to the client's
current and future needs.
Brooks Law Firm, P. C. firm members have experience in civil

compensation and creditor's rights, professional
negligence, including medical malpractice, product

Our practice in the general business field includes such

contracts, transactions, commercial law, bankruptcy,
taxation, real estate, estate planning and probate. We
also serve as counsel for a number of local banks, trust
companies, credit unions, mortgage companies, closely-held
corporations and professional corporations.
Involvement in professional and civic organizations is
