Attorneys
Jack is a graduate
of United Township High School in East Moline, Illinois,
1968; Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, 1972,
B.A., Cum Laude; and Drake Law School in Des Moines, Iowa,
1974, with honors. He was a member of the Drake Law
Review, and was also awarded the Order of the Coif for
high attainments in the study of law.
He is currently a 14th Judicial Circuit Arbitrator and
Mediator. Since December 2005, Jack has been the Chairman
on the Illinois Supreme Court Minimum Continuing Legal
Education Board. He has made presentations on the topics
of Medical Malpractice, Risk Management, Child Labor Laws,
The Role of the Legal Assistant in Trial Preparation,
Construction Disputes & Liens, Federal Compliance
Guidelines for Physician Practices, and Arbitration &
Mediation. He is a member of various legal associations,
and has participated as a director or as a volunteer in a
number of local, civic and charitable organizations.
Jack’s areas of concentration are civil litigation,
including insurance defense, medical malpractice defense
and banking, construction and commercial. Jack is licensed
to practice law in both Illinois and Iowa.

Jeffrey C. McDaniel
Jeff was born in
Bettendorf, Iowa. He graduated from college at The
University of Iowa in 1990 and from The University of Iowa
Law College of Law in 1993.
Jeff and his wife, Jennifer, have three sons and reside in
Bettendorf, Iowa. Jeff’s interests and hobbies include:
coaching youth sports teams and recreational sports, and
Boy Scouts of America (Illowa Council).
Jeff is a member of the housing corporation for Lambda Chi
Alpha fraternity at The University of Iowa. He is a member
of the Bettendorf Park and Recreation Foundation (past
president and secretary), and a member of the Scott County
(Iowa) Civil Service Commission. He is a past member (vice
chair) of the Bettendorf Human Rights Commission.
Jeff is a member of Illinois Association of Defense Trial
Counsel, Iowa Defense Counsel Association, the American
Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Social
Security Claimant’s Representatives, and also the Illinois
Creditor’s Bar Association.
Jeff’s areas of concentration are civil litigation,
including personal injury, insurance defense and medical
malpractice defense, commercial litigation, including real
estate foreclosure, bankruptcy and collection, social
security disability, as well as employment and
discrimination litigation. Jeff is licensed in Iowa,
Illinois and Missouri state courts, as well as the United
States District Courts for the Southern District of Iowa;
Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois;
Kansas District, Western District of Missouri, Eastern and
Western Arkansas, Nebraska District and Colorado District.

Bern was born in
Davenport, Iowa. He graduated from Pleasant Valley High
School; Admiral Farragut Academy; the University of Iowa,
1989; and Drake University Law School, 1993.
Bern and his wife, Milissa, have two children and reside
in Pleasant Valley, Iowa. Bern’s interests and hobbies
include golfing and gardening. Bern is a member of various
legal organizations and has participated in a number of
activities on behalf of local, civic, church and
charitable organizations.
Bern’s areas of concentration are real estate, probate,
estate planning, business and corporate law. Bern is
licensed in both Iowa and Illlinois.

Jeff and his wife live in Bettendorf with their children.

Milissa was born
in Dubuque, Iowa. She is a graduate of Augustana College,
B.A., English, 1990, and Drake University School of Law,
1993. She is a member of Scott County, Rock Island County
and Iowa and Illinois State Bar Associations.
Her practice areas consist of commercial and residential
real estate transactions, corporation and business
transactions, financing real estate litigation, estate
planning and probate, and family law. She is licensed in
both Iowa and Illinois.
She is a member of various legal associations, and has
participated in a number of activities on behalf of local,
civic, church and charitable organizations.
Milissa and her husband, Bernard, have two children and
reside in Pleasant Valley, Iowa. Her hobbies and interests
include cooking, gardening and golfing.

Kathleen is a
graduate from Rock Island High School, 1994; the
University of Illinois, B.S., Journalism, 1998; and
Southern Illinois University College of Law, J.D., 2002.
Kathleen and her husband, Christopher Fiems, have one son,
and reside in Moline, Illinois. Kathleen’s hobbies and
interests include tennis, softball and traveling.
Kathleen is a member of Phi Delta Phi Honorary Legal
Fraternity, Illinois State Bar Association, Quad City
Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Chapter
Thirteen Trustees, Rock Island County Bar Association
Board of Managers, and on the Prairie State Legal Aid
Committee.
Kathleen’s areas of concentration are commercial
litigation, including real estate foreclosure, creditor’s
bankruptcy and collection, and landlord tenant law.
Kathleen is licensed in the state courts of Iowa and

Henry was born in

B.A., Accounting, 1986; and The University of Iowa, J.D.,
1989.
Henry and his wife, Angela, have two daughters and a son,
and reside in Eldridge, Iowa.
Henry is a member of the Iowa Bar Association, Scott
County Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association. He is
a past President of the Scott County Bar Association.
Henry’s primary practice areas are family law, real
estate, personal injury, criminal and corporations. Henry

He and his wife and their children reside in Eldridge,
Iowa.

Allison E. Walsh
Allison was born
in Rochester, Minnesota. She is a graduate of Pleasant
Valley High School, 1996; University of Notre Dame, 2000,
B.A., Cum Laude; and The University of Iowa, J.D. 2003.
She and her husband reside in Bettendorf, Iowa. Allison
enjoys rowing and traveling.
Allison’s practice areas are real estate, probate and
creditor’s rights including collection, foreclosure and
bankruptcy. She is licensed to practice law in Iowa,

He and his wife, Kerry, have three children and reside in

Tionn Fambro Tionn was born in Chicago,
Illinois. She is a graduate of Tennessee State University,
2005, B.A., Summa Cum Laude, Valedictorian, and Southern
Illinois University, J.D., 2008 where she concentrated in
litigation and trial skills. She has also studied
Constitutional and Comparative Law abroad at the
University of Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa.
She resides in Moline, Illinois.
Tionn enjoys traveling, attending church, serving the
community, and spending quality time with her family and
friends.
Tionn’s practice areas are criminal litigation, both
felony and misdemeanor, and civil litigation including
family, immigration, bankruptcy and civil rights law.
She is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
