Pat Woodward is a Quad Cities native who returned home after serving as a JAG in the U.S. Navy. For over 38 years, Pat has focused on his practice on litigation and workers’ compensation having tried more than 200 jury disputes.
Recognized as an accomplished trial lawyer by his peers, Pat has been selected to the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, which is composed of only 250 attorneys, and is a member of numerous professional organizations dedicated to the advancement of trial by jury. In his practice, Pat approaches each case with a mindset to win at trial and utilizes a team approach in each case to ensure a complete and thorough representation.
Pat is also a certified mediator from the University of Texas Center for Conflict Resolution and utilizes his mediation training to assist his clients, often reaching the best and most fulfilling resolution of their disputes short of trial.
