Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced today that the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Tionn F. Carter as an associate judge of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit.

Ms. Carter received her undergraduate degree in 2005 from Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee, and her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. Ms. Carter is currently affiliated with Brooks Law Firm P.C. in Rock Island, Illinois.
